How do I join?
You can join Pack 363 by attending a recruiting event, or a
pack meeting. You can also join by contacting our
Cubmaster.
Can I join anytime?
Yes! Although most of our programs run concurrently with
the school calender, new scouts are welcome at any time.
Do I have to go to Bayou Woods
Elementary School to join?
No. Membership is open to all boys who are ages 6 to 10,
or in the first through fifth grades, regardless of where they
attend school. Home schooled boys are also welcome.
What are the fees to join Pack 363?
What do my fees cover?
Annual fees are $15.00 national charter fee and $35.00
pack fee, for a total of $50.00 for existing scouts and
$57.50 for new scouts. Please see Pack Info page for
more details.
What are Pack Meetings? And what
are they for?
Pack Meetings are the monthly gathering of all of our
scouts and their families. Pack meetings are where scouts
recieve awards and recognition for their achievements for
the previous month. Pack meetings usually include games
and skits or maybe a special presentation or program like
the Blue and Gold Banquet or Arrow of Light Ceremony.
But mostly, Pack meetings are for Families and for Fun.
Do I have to attend Pack Meetings?
Attending a Pack Meeting is encouraged, but not
mandatory. We want to remind you there are many
benefits to attending Pack Meetings; to include "in-person"
updates about the pack, personal assistance with
upcoming events, building relationships with your Den
Leader, Pack Master and connecting with other Cub
Scouts in the pack and their families.
